🍂 October is settling in, and Union County has plenty of reasons to leave a little room in your calendar and on your plate. For October 5–11, we’re catching up on Burger Bistro’s arrival in Garwood, keeping an eye on Taco Empreso’s plans for Union and checking out what’s ahead at Kome Omakase in Westfield.

The weekend brings Clark UNICO’s Italian-American Feast, AddamsFest art and tours in Westfield, and live music with Broadway’s Rock of Ages Band in Rahway. Car-show highlights include Hot Rods on Hamilton in Berkeley Heights on Saturday and Union’s rescheduled car show on Sunday. Earlier in the week, library programs and a little nature exploration offer reasons to get out, too.
